PUMPKIN PEANUT BUTTER DIP

This was beyond delicious. Creamy, sweet, savory. A great dip for raw or pan roasted carrots, apples or any veggies you love.

250 g PUMPKIN CANNED OR ROASTED
2 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER 
COCONUT MILK
YELLOW ONION
1 TBSP MESQUITE POWDER
CHIPOTLE
CEYLON CINNAMON
A touch of tomato sauce 
Optional: a few dates 

BLEND, SERVE, ENJOY!
